GSC-HOPE worldwide Malaysia 2013 Donation Drive managed to raise over RM 126,000 to fund community projects to improve the lifestyle of needy fmilies through quality healthcare and education aid.

Recently I've been involved with quite a  few CSR Projects (Eg. Petronas Water for Life @ Kampung Jemeri, Kuala Rompin) and received invitation by Golden Screen Cinemas (GSC) Malaysia sharing about their recent CSR initiatives together with HOPE worldwide Malaysia. Over RM 126,000 was raised to fund community projects to improve the lifestyle of needy families through quality healthcare amd education aid.

The donation drive which ran from 25 July to 23 August, 2013 at selected 15 GSC cinemas nationwide saw GSC Group contributing a special screening of "The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones" with a total of 10,000 tickets worth over RM131,000 as a reward for donors who contributed minimum RM15.00 to the beneficiary.

This project was supported by over 100 GSC's business partners, associates as well as the general public and some even took the opportunity to bring the residents of charity homes to watch the movie with the tickets given.

Some people wonder why I so lucky in always winning lucky draws and contests. Well besides working hard in winning the contest with 101% efforts putting on it, you really need good lucks as well to win, especially during lucky draws! I always think that by doing good things you will collect good karma. No matter how small the good things you are doing (eg. give way for the car at junction to come out, give way for people to cross the road or come in/out from the lift first), it somehow make you a better person and make you feel lucky too.

SO...If you wanna win more contests and lucky draws, do more good deeds!! Maybe you can start by sharing this blogpost and share the love!! Hope all is well with you!! (Especially you who pressed the 'Like' button)
