Japanese Yee Sang @ Fu-Rin Japanese Restaurant

I like to have fresh fish and the crunchy feel whenever I have Yee Sang. Therefore with the huge amount of crunchy sea-weed, jelly-fish and various kind of vege slices, I really enjoy the taste of all the mixed ingredients. Do note that this is before the addition of crunchy biscuit and sweet sauce.

For the starter of the 5 dishes Valentine’s Day Promotion at Fu-Rin Japanese Restaurant, we had "Around The World @ Zensai" to open our appetite.

Around The World @ Zensai

Our appetizer, Around The World @ Zensai, with scallops placed on a slice of orange, fried shrimp on the top of the cucumber and a slice of mini-anchovies. When you having this make sure you dip the scallops with the sauce just below the cucumber. It is the sweet and sour sauce that makes you ready for what's coming up next.

"Falling In Love with You" is our second dish included in the Valentine's Day Promotion. I personally like this dish the most and was hoping to get more than just 3 slices of different Shashimi. It is the ingredients places on top of the shashimi that enhance the taste of every meat.

Here's how you should eat it. Place the whole slice on a fork, then put the whole thing into your mouth for the best taste of every piece! Let the tiny fish eggs burst in your mouth and just feel it with your taste buds.

"True Love From A Heart" @ Nameko Akadashi is one of our main course. It is a bowl of adequate miso soup with sea-weeds, soft tofu and tons of popping-bite Nameko mushrooms. Taste 100% way betetr than the mushroom you had at Sushi-king's cawanmushi.

A Love Between You & Me [Grilled Salmon with Teriyaki Sauce and Japanese Spinach (Horenzo)], a dish of grilled Salmon placed on top of the deep-friend asparagus. Well, I like the Asparagus more than the Salmon because I personally think that I didn't had enough Salmon hahaha

Above picture is the portion I received and the pictures below is the bigger portion my gf received~ I am sure I will be more satisfying if I received a bigger portion same like hers haha!!

Green Tea Ice-Cream with Adzuki Beans

Endless Love @ Green Tea Ice-Cream with Adzuki Beans,  the one desserts that satisfy my sweet tooth. The Adzuki Beans was very soft to mix with the creamy and concentrated Green Tea ice-Cream. I can eat a huge carton of this ice-cream!

Price: 6/10
Food: 7.5/10 

Verdict: If you are a big eater like me, you should go there for their buffet dinner/lunch. The 5 course meal served here is only enough to stand for just a few hour~
