So as a curious cat I registered and got the phone call few days after and appointment for facial was today morning. Yes I am eager to share it asap on my blog after the treatment (scare I forget ar).

First, you are asked to register again for customer data base. Then you will be brought to a room for skin analysis. Since I always sleep very late I know how bad is my skin conditions. Through the verbal consultation Jess, the dermatologist of Skin11 decided the treatment for my skin.

Here are the steps/treatments that Skin11 provided to me:

1. Milk Cleanser
2. Clean again with Foaming Cleanser
   
3. Face scrub with Pineapple scent enzymes. Leave for 10-15 minutes with cold steams. The scrub was left longer because I never do facial for so long to remove dead skins.
   
4. Softener for skin's blackheads. Leave for 10-15 minutes.
5. The "ouch" a.k.a. Blackheads/Whiteheads extraction process. I believe I will feel more pain without the pre-softener.
   
6. After the "torturing" moments, my face was sterilized by using the special machine which I believe is the UV lights(purple colour). This is to kill Propionibacterium acnes (P. acnes) and other microorganism that cause acne. [At last I can apply a bit my BioTech knowledge!]
7. Time to enjoy and relax with the mask. Jess helped me apply Double Layer Mask for pimple skin and I guess I rested for more than 20 minutes? Can't check the time because my eyes were closed.
8. Last step, the Toner to helps maintain the moisture on your skin.

Along the whole treatment, I noticed and learned a few things:

• To prevent I went through the "ouch" process again, I am advised to sleep earlier and not later by 12am everyday. Because 11pm-1am is your skin recovering time. (I guess for Liver detoxification also?)
• Before go for a facial, you are advised to go for a toilet break first. Unless you want to hold your pee for 2 hours.
• Ask questions to your dermatologist/consultant to know more about how to take care of your skin. (And to test their knowledge I guess??)
• There is nothing totally FREE for you (except for donations), the consultant will eventually become a sales person too to ask if you wanna get a package of facial treatment with their promotion price since you are their first time customer. The payment is kinda flexible I can say and you can spend less than RM70 per month for the facial treatment along with their products.
• Puchong especially IOI Boulevard will become a hot spot for people staying around here for food and night club moments. Hope there will be more parking in the future. Between, parking at IOI Boulevard basement is RM1/hour.
• Metrosexual age, nowadays facials is not for female only, if guys who is facing skin problem, please do not hesitate to consult a dermatologist. For ladies, I am sure you don't want to have a boyfriend with moon-face right? The world is changing and people should too, nowadays personal grooming do affects how people feel about you. First impression is important.
