MSS Day 4: Mesmerizing Paddy Fields & Egyption-inspired Sunway Pyramid

Woke up as early as 7.30am in the morning, can hear the natural whispering outside the house. Birds twitting and rising sun (wait sun doesn't create sounds when rising). Still thinking of the Magical trip @ Kuala Selangor Firefly Park last night. Didn't know that the magic last till morning because the Paddy Field @ Dorani Homestay mesmerized me again~!

Morning me without the contact lens, actually brown eyes is my true colours. I look fair pale that day but I don't shine like Edward Cullen under the sun. Wtf

Foster mum cooking breakfast for us and I can smell its tastiness already.

I hereby want to thanks my foster parents who take care of me and Thristhan even for just one day. They are so kind and treating us so well although we are just guest staying at their house.

Sunway Pyramid Hotel (Pyramid Tower Hotel)

After 1 hour plus bus ride, we are back again to the city and checked in Sunway Pyramid Hotel (4 stars) instead of Sunway Resort & Spa Hotel (5 stars) due to unforeseen circumstances. Sylistic @ Sy Yuan from Singapore was my roommate for 2 nights, he was trying to connect to the internet using the P1 Wiggy.

We have our room at Level 4 and the hotel room looks quite nice. It seems like the rooms are different in certain way, there are even hotel room specially designed for guest who are physically disabled (OKU). The hotel room that I was staying doesn't have a good view from the window as it was blocked by the pyramid =S

But still, the bed is so comfortable for you to doze off easily la =)

After put our luggage bags, we then head to Mantra Indian and Asian Lifestyle Restaurant in Sunway Pyramid to have our lunch.

There are many different curries for you to choose with mixed veggies =)

Amelia Tan, our MySelangorStory mummy told us that we have a slight changes on the schedule and we will have whole day free and easy time @ Sunway Pyramid. She looks gorgeous with the outfit that day =)

Sunway Pyramid is famous with their receptionist and information counter. Even sometimes at the directory also have a person besides to help you out. By the way her name is Yugenesh =)

There are tons of shops outlets in this huge Sunway Pyramid. You can check out the shop list here. One of Royal Selangor's branch was found here too =)

The center hall was decorated with the theme "Stesen Sunway Pyramid". That's where we took lots of pictures =)

The Skating Ice Rink - the first and the only Malaysia's world-class ice sports entertainment. Strategically located within the Sunway Pyramid Shopping Complex amidst high traffic areas.

At late night you will see people practice ice hockey at the Ice Rink

Dinner @ Sun & Surf Cafe

We then gather up again to go to Sun & Surf Cafe to have our buffet dinner.

Buffet Hi-Tea
12.00noon - 4.00pm (Sat, Sun & Public Holidays)

Buffet Dinner:
6.30pm - 9.30pm (Daily)

Ended my dinner with a bowl of ice cream with chocolate drip and chips on it.

Overall, there are so many varieties of dishes that you can try out. Outside the cafe have some barbecue meat and satays for you too. But for drinks you can either get plain water, coffee or tea. (Not sure if we can request for fruit juice) Will definitely need to visit more round then only can try all the foods.

It cost RM75++ for Buffet Dinner.

Sunway Pyramid Hotel is quite high tech with its all-in-one electrical controller. You can change the temperature of the room, fan speeds, switch on/off the lights or even ask people to make up the room tomorrow.

Will Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa have facilities that is even more high tech than Sunway Pyramid Hotel? We don't know.

That's all for the story of My Selangor Story Day 4. I sleep earlier because Day 5 is a very long day with me visiting the extreme park @ Sunway Lagoon Beach Themepark. Bungy and G-Force here I come~!
